These Terms of Service govern your use of Olleey and related services. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must have authority to create an account and use connected channels, assets, and integrations.
You are responsible for account credentials and all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate and current information.

3. Service Description

Olleey provides workflow tools for video localization and distribution, including translation, dubbing, lip-sync, quality review, and publishing controls.

4. User Responsibilities

Comply with applicable laws, platform policies, and third-party terms.
Ensure you have rights to upload and process submitted content.
Do not use Olleey to create or distribute unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content.
Do not attempt to interfere with platform security or service reliability.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your original content. You grant Olleey a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transform content solely to provide the service.

Olleey retains ownership of its software, models, product design, and platform IP.

6. Third-Party Services

Olleey integrates with third-party services (such as channel platforms, storage, and AI providers). Your use of these integrations may be subject to separate third-party terms.

7. Fees and Billing

Paid features, if applicable, are billed according to your selected plan. You authorize applicable charges and are responsible for taxes and related fees unless otherwise stated.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, legal risk, abuse, or security threats. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific output quality, or universal availability of third-party integrations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Olleey is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from platform use.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms to reflect product and legal changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
